💡  About the Role

We're looking for a Website Manager to join a team of highly technical engineers in support of our CNO Support capability. You will be responsible for generating, managing, editing, and disseminating content for the CNO website. You'll dazzle us by excelling at working with senior Government leadership and your ability to collaborate on information needs with multiple senior stakeholders to reach a desired end goal. You will support the Information Management Team providing web design and development that presents a professional front for the organization to both internal and agency-wide audiences. You will work with a diverse group of team members in the front office to include Technical Writers and Graphic Designers.

💪🏼  Required Skills and Experience

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Technical Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in designing and implementing customer web-based solutions, using SharePoint 2013 and/or other industry web platform technologies. 
  • 5+ years’ experience gathering/document customer requirements; leading customer process or requirements gathering session or technical exchanges; defining and documenting processes and workflows for future implementation of web-based solutions. 
  • Demonstrated experience in User Interface and User Experience design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator. 
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, and demonstrated experience with SharePoint tools, including SharePoint out-of-the-box capabilities and SharePoint Designer.  
  • Web design tools: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).  
• Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Siteworks or other website management tools.
  • Design skills (redesign existing web content).
• Degree Requirements and Years Experience:

  • B.S. - 4 years experience required
