💡  About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Engineer to join a team of highly talented engineers in support of our Data Team capability. The Data Team is focused on modernizing business IT systems that currently span multiple databases, user interfaces, and data formats. The team will initially focus on documenting existing systems and creating a plan to migrate to a new platform.  The second phase includes the migration of business data from the legacy systems to the new platform. The SE3 will be responsible for documenting entity relationships, data dictionaries, system interfaces, and data flows.  They will work with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to document existing workflows and recommend optimizations to the platform and workflows based on user needs.


💪🏼  Required Skills and Experience

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Technical Experience:
  • Database design/operations/maintenance, reverse engineering, data normalization and cleansing, scripting, data analysis and visualization, data security.
  • Oracle, knowledge of existing BM&A systems
• Degree Requirements and Years Experience:
  • Without a degree, 25 years of experience with the skills listed above is needed
  • 20 years with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Systems Engineering (or related field)
