About Us:

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who is passionate about finding and attracting the best talent in the industry. In this role, you will focus primarily on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates, ensuring we bring on individuals who align with our company’s mission and culture. Over time, you may build out and refine a full talent acquisition program.
What You’ll Do:

Talent Sourcing:
- Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to meet the demands of our growing team.

Recruitment Process:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates through to extending offers.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop touch points that engage candidates early in the process and build excitement about joining Bitwise.

Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings and showcase the company’s culture on social media and other platforms. Post to LinkedIn regularly.
- Use creative writing to add personality to job postings, making them appealing and aligned with our company’s values.

Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to provide necessary resources and support for new employees.

Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
- Use data to continually refine and improve the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- Experience interacting with employees in an administrative role
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Mindset:
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for finding the right fit for both the candidate and the company.
- Creative and innovative thinking when it comes to sourcing and engaging candidates.
