💡 About this Role

We are looking for a skilled and mission-driven CNO Developer to support a fast-paced and dynamic mission set at Ft. Meade, Maryland. In this role, you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions that deliver real, mission-centric results. You won't be working in a vacuum — you'll collaborate directly with operators and analysts to integrate toolsets into their workflow and provide hands-on tactical mission support throughout the development process.

You'll own the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and defining scope all the way through to releasing a productized solution. If you're someone who thrives on solving hard problems quickly, building things that matter, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who use what you build, this is the role for you.

📋 Requirements

• Execute the full development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, scope definition, development, and release of productized solutions
• Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and rapidly develop targeted solutions
• Build prototypes that demonstrate a clear understanding of mission requirements
• Produce finished toolsets capable of operating within mission constraints
• Augment and extend existing toolsets as mission needs evolve
• Produce and modify software in C, C++, and/or Python
• Demonstrated experience with Unix-based systems
• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with network programming
• Experience using Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion

Education & Experience:

• 6 years of experience with a B.S. in a technical discipline, OR
• 10 years of experience in lieu of a B.S., OR
• 4 years of experience with an M.S. in a technical discipline

• Experience with vulnerability research and exploit development
• Experience reverse engineering Linux and embedded platforms
• Proficiency in additional programming languages such as Rust, Golang, Bash, Perl, Assembly, or PHP
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations

💰 Salary Range

$239,500 – $282,000

This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.

Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
