💡 About this Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNO Developer to support a fast-paced, dynamic mission in Ft. Meade, Maryland. In this role, you will serve as a general-purpose developer working across the full development lifecycle — from gathering requirements and defining scope all the way through to delivering productized, mission-ready solutions.
You won't be working in a vacuum. You'll collaborate directly with operators and analysts to understand their workflows, integrate toolsets into their day-to-day operations, and provide hands-on tactical mission support alongside a team of fellow CNO Developers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Executing a full development lifecycle from requirement gathering and scope definition through to releasing a productized solution
- Collaborating closely with end users to troubleshoot issues and rapidly develop solutions
- Building prototypes that demonstrate a clear understanding of mission requirements
- Producing end toolsets capable of operating within mission constraints
- Augmenting and improving existing toolsets as mission needs evolve
📋 Requirements
- 6 years of experience with a B.S. in a technical discipline; 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree; or 4 years of experience with an M.S.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and/or Python
- Experience working with Unix-based systems
- Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with network programming
- Experience using Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with Git and Subversion
- Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph

- Experience with vulnerability research and exploit development
- Experience with reverse engineering Linux and embedded platforms
- Proficiency in additional programming languages such as Rust, Golang, Bash, Perl, Assembly, or PHP
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations

💰 Salary Range
$239,500 – $282,000
This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.
Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
